List of OASIS Reports - Help

(Note: The list of reports below is not functional, and is displayed for help purposes only)

Report Name
This is the name of the report.

Documentation
This indicates that a technical documentation file for this report is available. Documentation files are available only in PDF format. Click on the PDF symbol to view the documentation file. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to do this.

Report can execute on: Unix
This indicates whether the report can be executed on Unix via OPCA. You will need to turn in the appropriate OPCA run request to do this.

Report can execute on: Local PC
This indicates whether the report can be executed on your local PC. If yes, it can be executed from the shortcuts found in the following folder: \\aquarius\programs\apps\banner\ffwrun\rep\OracleReports. Once executed, the report can be printed on your windows printer (if you wish). This method is generally faster than executing the report on the web, but uses more resources on your local machine.

Pre-executed: Output
This indicates that the report has already been run for you on a periodic basis, and the output is available for viewing. Click on the link to view the report output. If a link exists, this is the fastest way to get access to a report output. Generally, these reports are not reports which require security access.

Execute now on web server: Web PDF
This allows you to run the report directly from the List of Reports web page. If available, click on the PDF symbol to execute the report. Your report output will be in PDF format. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to do this.

Execute now on web server: Web HTML
This allows you to run the report directly from the List of Reports web page. If available, click on the link to execute the report. Your report will output to an HTML web page.

Execute now on web server: Web HTML CSS
This allows you to run the report directly from the List of Reports web page. If available, click on the link to execute the report. Your report will output to an HTML web page, with cascading style sheets (CSS).
